Style over 50 Years

Binnen de mode-industrie is er altijd een constante drang naar vernieuwing en verandering. Stijlverandering is een intrigerend fenomeen dat de manier waarop we ons kleden en uitdrukken voortdurend transformeert. De mode-industrie staat bekend om zijn dynamiek en voortdurende zoektocht naar nieuwe esthetiek en uitdrukkingsvormen. Stijlverandering weerspiegelt niet alleen de verschuivingen in de populaire cultuur, maar ook de sociale, politieke en economische ontwikkelingen van onze tijd. Het is een levendige weergave van de veranderende smaken, waarden en identiteiten in de samenleving.

Binnen het project Our Style in 50 Years wordt door middel van kleding en accessoires getracht om te achterhalen hoe onze stijl er over 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 jaar eruit zal zien als wij door blijven leven op de manier zoals we doen. Vijf fashion designers & stylisten en acht BFA alumni presenteren tijdens de DDW in de Bijenkorf Eindhoven dit project onder de naam Style over 50 Years.
